ii\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a haj\u00f3raklev\u00e9l, illetve a sz\u00e1ll\u00edtm\u00e1ny kiszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sa \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben<\/p>\n

ASECO a Megb\u00edz\u00f3val l\u00e9trej\u00f6tt szerz\u0151d\u00e9s alapj\u00e1n jogosult a Fuvarszerz\u0151d\u00e9sben meghat\u00e1rozott Fuvark\u00f6lts\u00e9get az \u00dcgyf\u00e9lt\u0151l beszedni \u00e9s ennek teljes\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben az \u00dcgyf\u00e9llel meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1st k\u00f6tni.<\/p>\n

Jelen \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Fizet\u00e9si Felt\u00e9telek alkalmazand\u00f3k Fuvarszerz\u0151d\u00e9s szerint a Megb\u00edz\u00f3 jav\u00e1ra fizetend\u0151 b\u00e1rmely Fuvark\u00f6lts\u00e9gek teljes\u00edt\u00e9se tekintet\u00e9ben, melynek beszed\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben az ASECO j\u00e1rhat el \u00e9s melyet az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l az ASECO-nak k\u00f6teles teljes\u00edteni, ha az ASECO \u00e9s az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l k\u00f6z\u00f6tt m\u00e1s meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1s nem j\u00f6n l\u00e9tre.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00dcgyf\u00e9l felel\u0151ss\u00e9ge a Fuvark\u00f6lts\u00e9gek megfizet\u00e9s\u00e9\u00e9rt<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1.\u00a0\u00a0 Az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l a felel\u0151s a Fuvark\u00f6lts\u00e9gek megfizet\u00e9s\u00e9\u00e9rt az ASECO-val szemben abban az esetben is, ha<\/p>\n

(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a haj\u00f3raklev\u00e9l szerinti c\u00edmzett, vagy \u00e9rtes\u00edtend\u0151 szem\u00e9ly az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l, illetve<\/p>\n

(b)\u00a0\u00a0 az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l a haj\u00f3raklev\u00e9l szerinti c\u00edmzett vagy \u00e9rtes\u00edtend\u0151 szem\u00e9ly k\u00e9pviselet\u00e9ben j\u00e1r el.<\/p>\n

Ezen esetekben az ASECO a Fuvark\u00f6lts\u00e9gek beszed\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl az \u00dcgyf\u00e9llel szemben \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edti.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.2.\u00a0\u00a0 Amennyiben a sz\u00e1ll\u00edtm\u00e1ny fuvarlevel\u00e9re \u201cFREIGHT PREPAID\u201d megjegyz\u00e9s ker\u00fclt bejegyz\u00e9sre, \u00fagy ez a t\u00e9ny nem mentes\u00edti az \u00dcgyfelet a k\u00fcldem\u00e9ny fuvaroz\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n felmer\u00fcl\u0151, de m\u00e9g ki nem egyenl\u00edtett Fuvark\u00f6lts\u00e9gek megfizet\u00e9se al\u00f3l.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00e1s\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1\u00a0 A Fuvarszerz\u0151d\u00e9s szerinti Fuvark\u00f6lts\u00e9geket az ASECO sz\u00e1ml\u00e1zza.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.2\u00a0 Az ASECO az egy Fuvarszerz\u0151d\u00e9ssel \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u0151 Fuvark\u00f6lts\u00e9gr\u0151l a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1t a Fuvarszerz\u0151d\u00e9s teljes\u00edt\u00e9sekor jogosult ki\u00e1ll\u00edtani \u00e9s azt ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151en megk\u00fcldeni \u00dcgyf\u00e9lnek. A Fuvarszerz\u0151d\u00e9s teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9nek napja:<\/p>\n

(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 magyarorsz\u00e1gi import eset\u00e9n az a nap, amelyen a sz\u00e1ll\u00edtm\u00e1ny az \u00e9rkez\u00e9si kik\u00f6t\u0151be meg\u00e9rkezik;<\/p>\n

(b)\u00a0\u00a0 magyarorsz\u00e1gi export eset\u00e9n az a nap, amelyen a sz\u00e1ll\u00edtm\u00e1ny az indul\u00e1si kik\u00f6t\u0151b\u0151l elindul.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.3\u00a0 Ha az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l sz\u00e1ml\u00e1t r\u00e9szben vagy eg\u00e9szben kifog\u00e1solja, \u00fagy a kifog\u00e1st halad\u00e9ktalanul, de legk\u00e9s\u0151bb a sz\u00e1mla esed\u00e9kess\u00e9g\u00e9nek lej\u00e1rt\u00e1ig, \u00edr\u00e1sban k\u00f6teles megk\u00fcldeni ASECO-nak. Ennek hi\u00e1ny\u00e1ban a Felek a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1t, illet\u0151leg a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1n szerepel\u0151 \u00f6sszeg jogc\u00edm\u00e9t \u00e9s \u00f6sszegszer\u0171s\u00e9g\u00e9t az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l \u00e1ltal elfogadottnak tekintik \u00e9s az ASECO a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1val kapcsolatosan tov\u00e1bbi reklam\u00e1ci\u00f3kat nem fogad el.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Fizet\u00e9si felt\u00e9telek, p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi biztos\u00edt\u00e9kok <\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1\u00a0 Ha az ASECO m\u00e1s fizet\u00e9si hat\u00e1rid\u0151t nem hat\u00e1roz meg, \u00fagy az ASECO \u00e1ltal ki\u00e1ll\u00edtott sz\u00e1mla a Fuvarszerz\u0151d\u00e9s teljes\u00edt\u00e9sekor esed\u00e9kes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.2\u00a0 Ha az ASECO m\u00e1s fizet\u00e9si m\u00f3dot nem hat\u00e1roz meg, \u00fagy a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1k fizet\u00e9s\u00e9nek m\u00f3dja: banki \u00e1tutal\u00e1s az ASECO sz\u00e1ml\u00e1ban megjel\u00f6lt banksz\u00e1ml\u00e1j\u00e1ra. Felek az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l fizet\u00e9s\u00e9t az \u00f6sszeg ASECO banksz\u00e1ml\u00e1j\u00e1n t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 j\u00f3v\u00e1\u00edr\u00e1ssal tekintik teljes\u00edtettnek.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.3\u00a0 Ha az ASECO e k\u00f6rben m\u00e1sk\u00e9nt \u00edr\u00e1sban nem nyilatkozik, vagy rendelkezik, \u00fagy az ASECO a sz\u00e1ll\u00edtm\u00e1nyt, illetve a haj\u00f3raklevelet mindaddig nem szolg\u00e1ltatja ki, am\u00edg a kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 Fuvarszerz\u0151d\u00e9s szerint kibocs\u00e1tott sz\u00e1ml\u00e1ban r\u00e9szletezett Fuvark\u00f6lts\u00e9gek nem ker\u00fclnek kiegyenl\u00edt\u00e9sre az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l r\u00e9sz\u00e9r\u0151l.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.4\u00a0 <\/strong>K\u00e9sedelmes fizet\u00e9ssel kapcsolatos rendelkez\u00e9sek<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.4.1. Felek meg\u00e1llapodnak abban, hogy az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l k\u00e9sedelmes fizet\u00e9se eset\u00e9n a k\u00e9sedelem els\u0151 napj\u00e1t\u00f3l kezd\u0151d\u0151en, a k\u00e9sedelem teljes id\u0151tartam\u00e1ra \u2013 minden tov\u00e1bbi felsz\u00f3l\u00edt\u00e1s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl – az ASECO k\u00e9sedelmi kamatra jogosult, melynek \u00e9ves m\u00e9rt\u00e9ke: 10 %<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.4.2. B\u00e1rmely sz\u00e1mla k\u00e9sedelmes fizet\u00e9se eset\u00e9n az ASECO jogosult a k\u00e9sedelmes fizet\u00e9ssel nem \u00e9rintett b\u00e1rmely sz\u00e1ll\u00edtm\u00e1nnyal, haj\u00f3raklev\u00e9llel kapcsolatosan m\u00e1r kibocs\u00e1tott m\u00e1s sz\u00e1ml\u00e1t azonnal esed\u00e9kess\u00e9 tenni \u00e9s a sz\u00e1ll\u00edtm\u00e1nyok, illetve haj\u00f3raklevelek kiad\u00e1s\u00e1t valamennyi esed\u00e9kes sz\u00e1mla kiegyenl\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez k\u00f6tni.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.4.3. K\u00e9sedelmes fizet\u00e9s eset\u00e9n ASECO jogosult felsz\u00e1m\u00edtani az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l terh\u00e9re a kintl\u00e9v\u0151s\u00e9g behajt\u00e1sa \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben tett int\u00e9zked\u00e9sei d\u00edj\u00e1t \u00e9s k\u00f6lts\u00e9g\u00e9t.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.5\u00a0 ASECO-nak a sz\u00e1mla\u00f6sszegek erej\u00e9ig z\u00e1logjoga van mindazon sz\u00e1ll\u00edtm\u00e1nyok felett, melyek a Fuvarszerz\u0151d\u00e9s teljes\u00edt\u00e9se sor\u00e1n az ASECO birtok\u00e1ba ker\u00fcltek, vagy amelyek felett a haj\u00f3raklev\u00e9l birtok\u00e1ban rendelkezhet.<\/p>\n

4.6\u00a0 Az ASECO valamely esed\u00e9kes k\u00f6vetel\u00e9s\u00e9be az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l a saj\u00e1t valamely jogc\u00edmen fenn\u00e1ll\u00f3 k\u00f6vetel\u00e9s\u00e9t nem sz\u00e1m\u00edthatja be.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Vegyes rendelkez\u00e9sek<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5.1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00dcgyf\u00e9l szavatol az\u00e9rt, hogy Magyarorsz\u00e1g joga szerint jogszer\u0171en bejegyzett \u00e9s m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 jogi szem\u00e9ly.<\/p>\n

5.2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 B\u00e1rmely inform\u00e1ci\u00f3, amelyet valamely F\u00e9l a m\u00e1sik F\u00e9lr\u0151l, vagy a m\u00e1sik F\u00e9lhez kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3an, Fuvarszerz\u0151d\u00e9s szerinti fizet\u00e9si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g teljes\u00edt\u00e9se sor\u00e1n megszerez, bizalmas.<\/p>\n

5.3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A jelen \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Fizet\u00e9si Felt\u00e9telekkel kapcsolatosan \u00e9rtes\u00edt\u00e9st, kifog\u00e1st, egy\u00e9b nyilatkozatot az ASECO r\u00e9sz\u00e9re \u00edr\u00e1sban, az ASECO bejegyzett sz\u00e9khely\u00e9re k\u00fcld\u00f6tt aj\u00e1nlott lev\u00e9l \u00fatj\u00e1n, vagy k\u00e9zbes\u00edt\u00e9s igazol\u00e1ssal ell\u00e1tott, az ASECO info@aseco.hu e-mail c\u00edmre k\u00fcld\u00f6tt elektronikus lev\u00e9l \u00fatj\u00e1n kell teljes\u00edteni.<\/p>\n

5.4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ASECO a jelen \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Fizet\u00e9si Felt\u00e9telekkel kapcsolatosan \u00e9rtes\u00edt\u00e9st, kifog\u00e1st, egy\u00e9b nyilatkozatot az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l r\u00e9sz\u00e9re \u00edr\u00e1sban, az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l bejegyzett sz\u00e9khely\u00e9re k\u00fcld\u00f6tt aj\u00e1nlott lev\u00e9l \u00fatj\u00e1n, vagy az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l \u00e1ltal az ASECO r\u00e9sz\u00e9re meghat\u00e1rozott e-mail c\u00edmre, k\u00e9zbes\u00edt\u00e9s igazol\u00e1ssal ell\u00e1tott elektronikus lev\u00e9l \u00fatj\u00e1n k\u00fcld.<\/p>\n

5.5\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A jelen \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Fizet\u00e9si Felt\u00e9telek rendelkez\u00e9seit\u0151l kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l \u00e9s az ASECO k\u00f6z\u00f6tt, \u00edr\u00e1sban l\u00e9trej\u00f6tt egyedi meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1ssal lehet elt\u00e9rni.<\/p>\n

5.6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Amennyiben a jelen \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Fizet\u00e9si Felt\u00e9telek valamely rendelkez\u00e9se jogellenesnek vagy v\u00e9gre nem hajthat\u00f3nak min\u0151s\u00fcl, \u00fagy ez az egy\u00e9b rendelkez\u00e9sek hat\u00e1ly\u00e1t nem \u00e9rinti, azok az \u00e9rv\u00e9nytelen rendelkez\u00e9sek n\u00e9lk\u00fcl is hat\u00e1lyban maradnak.<\/p>\n

5.7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A jelen \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Fizet\u00e9si Felt\u00e9telekre \u00e9s annak \u00e9rtelmez\u00e9s\u00e9re a magyar jog az ir\u00e1nyad\u00f3. A jelen \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Fizet\u00e9si Felt\u00e9telekkel \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sben felmer\u00fcl\u0151 b\u00e1rmely vita vagy ig\u00e9ny magyar b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g el\u0151tt ker\u00fcl rendez\u00e9sre.<\/p>\n

5.8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A jelen \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Fizet\u00e9si Felt\u00e9telek magyar \u00e9s angol nyelven ker\u00fcltek megsz\u00f6vegez\u00e9sre. B\u00e1rmely elt\u00e9r\u00e9s eset\u00e9n a magyar nyelv\u0171 az ir\u00e1nyad\u00f3.<\/p>\n

5.9\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Jelen \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Fizet\u00e9si Felt\u00e9telek 2014. szeptember 01 napj\u00e1t\u00f3l kezd\u0151d\u0151en hat\u00e1lyos \u00e9s az ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151en l\u00e9trej\u00f6tt Fuvarszerz\u0151d\u00e9sek szerinti Fuvark\u00f6lts\u00e9gek tekintet\u00e9ben kell alkalmazni.<\/p>\n

GENERAL TERMS OF PAYME<\/strong>NT<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Introductory provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n

The following words and expressions used in this General Terms of Payment shall have the following meaning:<\/p>\n

(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ASECO \u2013 shall mean Aseco Container Services Kft.<\/strong> with<\/p>\n

a registered seat: 1144 Budapest, K\u0151szeg utca 27.<\/p>\n

a registration no.: 01-09-725651<\/p>\n

a tax no.: HU13247454<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

(b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Principal(s) \u2013 shall mean that business association or any other legal entity dealing with sea transport who appointed ASECO as an agent under an agreement made by and between the Principal and ASECO.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

(c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Client \u2013 shall mean a legal entity registered in Hungary that enters into a freight contract with a Principal to transport a shipment under which the Client shall be liable and responsible for the costs of the freight.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

(d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Parties \u2013 shall mean the Client and ASECO jointly.<\/p>\n

(e)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Freight contract \u2013 shall mean a freight contract made by and between the Principal and the Client in which ASECO shall take part in the performance.<\/p>\n

(f)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Freight costs \u2013 shall mean the freight which is payable to the Principal by the Client for the performance of a Freight contract and also all costs and expenses related to or arisen from the performance of a Freight contract, especially but not limited to costs and expenses which arise in connection with<\/p>\n

(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 the forwarding and release of the shipment\/container, and<\/p>\n

(b)\u00a0\u00a0 the delivery of the bill of lading and also the shipment<\/p>\n

under any title but especially under the title of freight, storage, detention, demurrage, import or export.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pursuant to the contract made with the Principal ASECO is entitled to collect the Freight costs defined in the Freight contract and also enter into a contract with the Client to perform this purpose.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

These General Terms of Payment shall be applied to the performance of any Freight costs which is payable for the Principal under a Freight contract but may be collected by ASECO and furthermore which shall be paid by the Client to ASECO if there is no different agreement between ASECO and the Client.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Client\u2019s responsibility for the payment of the Freight costs<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1\u00a0 Client shall be responsible for the payment of Freight costs towards ASECO if<\/p>\n

(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 the consignee or the contact person is the Client pursuant to the bill of lading;<\/p>\n

(b)\u00a0\u00a0 the Client acts for and on behalf of the consignee or the contact person who is indicated on bill of lading.<\/p>\n

In these cases ASECO is entitled to collect the Freight costs from the Client directly.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.2\u00a0 Should \u201cFREIGHT PREPAID\u201d be recorded on the consignment note of the shipment this fact shall not release the Client from the payment of the Freight costs previously not covered but arise during the transportation of the shipment but not covered previously.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Invoicing<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1\u00a0 Freight costs under a Freight contract shall be invoiced by ASECO.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.2\u00a0 ASECO may issue the invoice of the relevant Freight costs related to a certain Freight contract upon the performance of the Freight contract and it may be sent to the Client afterwards. The day of the performance of a Freight contract<\/p>\n

(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 in case of an import to Hungary is the day of the arrival of the shipment in the destination port or<\/p>\n

(b)\u00a0\u00a0 in case of an export from Hungary is the day of the departure of the shipment from the departure port.<\/p>\n

3.3\u00a0 Should the Client dispute the invoice partially or completely it shall be sent to ASECO in written form without any delay until the due date of the invoice. In lack of such dispute the invoice and also the title and amount of the invoiced sum are deemed by the Parties to be accepted by the Client and ASECO shall not accept any further complaint concerning the invoice.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Terms of payments and collaterals<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1\u00a0 Should ASECO not define other due date invoice issued by ASECO shall be due upon the performance of the Freight contract.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.2\u00a0 Should ASECO not define other payment method the invoice shall be settled by a bank transfer to the bank account of ASECO indicated in the invoice. Client\u2019s payment is deemed to be performed if the amount is credited to the bank account of ASECO.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.3\u00a0 Should ASECO not declare or dispose differently in writing the shipment and\/or the bill of lading shall not be delivered by ASECO until the Freight costs detailed in the invoice issued pursuant to the related Freight contract is not settled by the Client.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.4\u00a0 Provisions to default in payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.4.1. Should the Client be default in payment ASECO shall be entitled for an annual late payment interest of 10% from the first day and for the duration of the default without any further notification.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.4.2. In case of a default in payment of any invoice ASECO is entitled to make those invoices be due which have been issued already to any other shipment or bill of lading but not affected by the default and may require the payment of all due invoices as a condition of the delivery of the concerned shipments and bill of ladings.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.4.3 In case of default in payment ASECO may charge the Client fees and costs related to the actions taken by ASECO for collection of outstanding.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.5\u00a0 There is a lien on ASECO\u2019s title up to the amount of the invoices on those shipments which are possessed by ASECO due to the performance of the Freight contract or which are at ASECO\u2019s disposal due to the possession of the bill of lading.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.6\u00a0 The Client must not set off any claims under any title against ASECO\u2019s any matured claim.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Miscellaneous provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n

5.1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Client warrants for that it is duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of Hungary.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5.2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Any information obtained by any Party concerning or related to the other Party in connection with the performance of the payment obligation under a Freight contract are confidential.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5.3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Any notices, objections or any other declarations related to this General Terms of Payment shall be sent to ASECO in written form to the registered seat of ASECO by registered mail or a return receipt electronic mail sent to the following e-mail address of ASECO info@aseco.hu<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5.4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ASECO shall send any notices, objections or any other declarations related to this General Terms of Payment to the Client in written form and to the registered seat of the Client by registered mail or by a return receipt electronic mail sent to the e-mail address defined for ASECO by the Client.<\/p>\n

5.5\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Only a special agreement made by and between the Parties in written form may differ from the provisions of this General Terms of Payment Agreement.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5.6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If any one or more of the provisions of this General Terms of Payment should be found to be illegal or unenforceable, then all other provisions shall be given effect separately therefrom and shall not be affected thereby.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5.7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0This General Terms of Payment is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any dispute or claim arising in connection with this General Terms of Payment shall be settled by final Hungarian courts.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5.8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This General Terms of Payment is drawn up both in Hungarian and English. In case of any discrepancy the Hungarian version shall prevail.<\/p>\n

5.9\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This General Terms of Payment shall enter into force as of 1st<\/sup> of September, 2014 and shall be applied to Freight costs arise from Freight contracts made after this date.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
